How do I generate a credit invoice - A/R Invoice Credit Debit Memo Report
If you have manually raised a credit note from Invoices, Debit & Credit Memo Form and would like to print a Credit Invoice to reflect this this then is is done on the "A/R Invoice Credit Debit Memo Report" Form.
However, before this has been done please check the credit invoice is matched to the original invoice. - This is done by checking the AR Posted transactions detail for that Customer & Invoice No. as shown below:
If the Credit invoice has been matched, then you may proceed to the A/R Invoice Credit Debit Memo Report Form and generate the credit invoice as shown below :
