How to identify a CSI Install Type - Single or Multi

The "Sites/Entities" Form on CSI is where you can identify whether a Client has been set as a single or a multi site. 

The definition purely depends on the size of the company and it's reporting structure.

Should Multi-Sites be defined they will appear on the drop down when the User logs on.

Please Note : Even though the sites are defined they may be inactive until they wish to be utilised.
