How do I identify which orders an item is reserved for - Reservations to Order Form
On occasions you will come across a Customer Order that you are unable to process even though there is sufficient inventory to satisfy the requirement.
This normally occurs when the inventory has been reserved for specific orders.
To investigate & identify this further, use the Reservations to Order Form and filter by the ordered Item. - This should bring up a list of all the orders that have that Item reserved against.
So for example, Item 1629017 has been reserved for the following orders :
