Cancel a CSI Job Tip - As Recommended by Infor

There may be occasions when a CSI job takes a long while to execute and holds up other jobs in the queue... & hence you would like to cancel it.

If this is the case, you will raise a Infor incident on Concierge quoting the Task Number of the job as illustrated on the Background Task History form.
