Such documents may include, Estimate Response Report, Order Verification Report, Customer Packing Slip, Customer Order Invoices, Customer Statements etc...
To add or change this, open up the Customer Document Profile form, navigate to the appropriate Customer ID, and locate the relevant form :
So in this example, Harry Shaw has been added in to the circulation of the packing slip for Customer ID C000004.
